"Natural life is the nourishing soil of the soul . . . It is the body, the feeling, the instincts, which connect us with the soil"
Carl G Jung
Pasha's Patch
The foundations of Rouse lies within our connection to nature. Whether it's walking or sowing seeds, everyone benifits from getting out into the fresh air to absorb our natural surroundings. However, what we need sometimes is the introduction and guidance to explore our intuitive relationship with nature.
Pasha's Patch is set in the outskirts of Falmouth; it is a true labour of love. Surrounded by the Cornish counrtyside, it hosts fields of vegetation, established flower beds, vegetable patches and a polytunnel; all for you to explore your senses and talk freely.
"Getting your hands in the soil, growing stuff, eating produce, breathing the air, feeling the elements (even the wet Cornish ones) fixes you in a good reality and gets things in a much better perspective. No matter where or who you are" - Pasha
Do you want to spend time walking, gardening, chopping wood, planting/sowing or digging till your heart's content? The possibilities are endless in this special hideaway.

Sea Dipping
Cold Water Therapy - Vitamin Sea
Here in Cornwall there are no shortages of beaches, coves and rivers to swim or splash around in. I can introduce you to the benefits of immersing yourself in the sea, all year round.
Cold water 15ºC and below, has been known to improve circulation, deepen sleep, reduce inflammation in the body and spike your energy levels. Breathwork plays a crucial part in cold water immersion, a type of meditation to enable you to with stand the cold and bring your heart rate back to resting.
I personally swim in the sea all year round. It has certainly improved my circulation and always leaves me feeling invigorated and energised. I have also benifited from reduced stress levels.
Whether you currently have an interest or want to be introduced to sea shore swimming/dipping, along with having someone to talk to confidentialy, then these sessions can be tailored to your preferences.
Sessions can last 1-2hrs @ £55 / hr
Campstove cooking
A key element to self-care is nourishment. I love nothing more than to cook with fresh ingredients that feed the soul and what better way to do it than within the elements.
If you have a keen interest in food and want to develop this, let me introduce you to outdoor cooking by sharing a variety of one-pot recipes; combining my knowledge of foraging for edible/medicinal plants.
Together we can cook, share and enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients together whilst being at one with nature and in a safe space to talk openly.
Sessions last 2 hrs / starting at £110
